HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
United States
1 - 3 working days from dispatch (*USPS have indicated there may be delays due to covid)
(Please allow 3 - 5 working days for dispatch)
Global
6 - 10 working days (*USPS have indicated there may be delays due to covid)
(Please allow 3 - 5 working days for dispatch)
CUSTOMS
Any non-USA orders may be subject to customs or import duties/associated fees
These are charged once your order has arrived at your country and your goods will not be released for delivery to you until paid, none of this payment comes back to us.
BBTRADING (The Baby Bear Boutique) cannot be held responsible for these additional charges as per our terms and conditions. Please contact your customs office for additional info. 

Please note that we are in the process of adding an additional fulfilment centre in the United Kingdom for all UK and europe orders, this will mean that UK orders will not be subject to this charge in the near future and orders placed within Europe will be subject to reduced charges. As of now we dispatch from the USA only worldwide. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
USA: For orders below $90 delivery charge is £5 per order or approx $7 (as we charge in GBP £ these prices may slightly fluctuate)
Everywhere else: £8 (GBP) for any order size
DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? DO YOU SHIP TO BASES E.G. APO ETC. ?
Yes we ship internationally please see above.
We do not currently ship to PO boxes due to USPS restrictons.
We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO bases due to their specific packaging requirements. Please feel free to get in touch if there are special circumstances.

Payment Information

ARE YOU DISCREET/WHAT PACKAGING? WHAT WILL SHOW ON MY BANK STATEMENT?
Yes! We use plain eco recycled polymailers with no mention of the contents. However, due to policy if purchasing internationally "bodysuit" may be written outside.
*BBTRADING will be the only thing that shows on your bank statements, during our rebrand this is subject to change and will still feature 'clothing' within the title. Our rebrand is set to take place end of July.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO CANCEL? WHAT DO I DO IF I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG?
Please note that we have a 3 working day limit to any order changes/cancellations. This includes change of address, change of size, change of print and cancellations. This is because there is a delay on tracking and your order will already be on it's way after this point.

Orders and Returns

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do not accept returns for onesies/bodysuits due to hygiene. 
We do accept returns for unopened skirts, croptops, dresses etc. however we cannot cover return fees.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Please make sure to add sales@thebabybearboutique.com to your safe sender list in your email settings. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation with the tracking after 5 working days please contact us. At dispatch you will receive an email with a clickable link to see the journey of your USPS parcel.

Care/Misc information

HOW DO I WASH MY BODYSUIT/CROP etc.?
Please wash on cold delicate wash, please always air dry only.
Never wash on high or use a dryer to dry onesies. 
To maintain the best feel we always recommend hand washing with warm water and detergent. 

Our dyes are designed to never bleed but as the material has a velvet touch and is light weight we do not recommend machine washing/drying
